Susan’s Manual Therapy work is customized to individual needs, ranging from deep tissue to more subtle and gentle techniques. Her approach is informed by advanced trainings in Western and Eastern Massage Therapy and the Dr. Ida Rolf Method of Structural Integration, among other modalities. In addition to hands-on bodywork, Susan incorporates posture and movement exploration to help resolve chronic strain and pain.
Susan’s Consulting work is based on over 25 years of education and experience in integrative Holistic Health, including a teaching position grounded in developmental psychology at NYU Langone Hospital. She draws on a range of evidence-based techniques and extensive lifestyle medicine knowlege to help clients optimize their health and improve their lives.
